Cancellation Policy

OUR CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW POLICIES: A non-refundable retainer fee is due upon scheduling for selected appointment types. The remainder of the service price is due when services are completed. Should you cancel within 48 hours of scheduled appointment, 50% of the service fee will be required and charged to the card on file or an invoice will be sent via email. Should you no call - no show or cancellation within 24hrs of your appointment 100% for the amount of the service(s) will be charged to the card on file or an invoice will be sent via email. If the cancellation and/or no-show fee is not paid (i.e there is no card on file, the card on file declined, you did not pay the sent invoice), all future appointments will be declined until that payment has been made. By submitting your appointment, you are agreeing to the appointment and cancellation policy. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment. Absolutely no refunds will be given for late cancellations and no-shows. This is a strict policy at Feisty Beauty Co. REFUNDS: You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with the best service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are dissatisfied with a service, you may contact me within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if an adjustment can be made to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 45 minute touch up. If it is the fault of application or product the touch up will be done free of charge. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions will result in being charged at full price for the service.
